Culinary Creations by Chef Sakal Phoeung at The Clover at Ngoc Thuy
The 17th of May marked a very special day at The Clover at Ngoc Thuy where the Wine Dinner took place, and which highlighted an exquisite menu designed by guest Chef Sakal Phoeung - President of Les Disciples d'Escoffier Vietnam.
Hosted by The Clover at Ngoc Thuy, The Warehouse, Annam Gourmet and Chain des Rotisseurs, more than 50 international diners thoroughly enjoyed our exquisite and beautiful exclusive wine dinner, together with Gérard Bertrand - the legendary wine brand from Southern France.
Beautiful dishes designed by Sakal were created using sea scallops, salmon, turbot fillet and imported beef and black truffles among the specially selected ingredients. Our resident Chef Denwers assisted to prepare the dishes and finish off with creative plating to add a final touch.
